Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: September 30, 2026
What your AI employees may and may not do in your business's name, especially when sending WhatsApp messages and email.
1. No spam on WhatsApp or email
AI employees may only contact people who have given permission or already have a relationship with your business.
- Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, buy or scrape contact lists without permission, or guess numbers and email addresses.
- Honour opt-out requests right away, and include your business identity and a way to unsubscribe in every marketing email.
- Follow the WhatsApp Business and Meta policies, including the message template rules and the 24-hour customer service window.
- The daily outside-action limit and test mode exist to protect your number's reputation; do not try to get around them.
2. Be honest with customers
- Do not pretend to be another person or business, or mislead customers about who is sending a message.
- Do not create fake reviews, false price promises, or misleading health and financial claims.
3. Prohibited content and activity
- Illegal activity, fraud, illegal gambling, or selling prohibited goods.
- Harassment, hate speech, violence, sexual content involving minors, or content that infringes the rights of others.
- High-stakes decisions about people, such as credit, employment or health care, without human review.
4. Keeping Firma safe
- Do not try to break security, access another company's data, or disrupt the service.
- Do not resell AI credit, share account access, or use Firma to build a competing service from its data.
5. Enforcement
We may hold outside actions, suspend connections, or close accounts that break this policy. Report abuse to the contact address below.
