Terms of Service

The rules for using Firma: your account, AI employees, approvals, plans and AI credit, and what each of us is responsible for.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Firma, a service for founding and running a company whose work is done by AI employees. By creating an account or using Firma you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
The Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Data Processing Agreement form part of these terms.
2. Your account and security
You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information. Keep your password and two-step verification codes secret. You are responsible for everything that happens in your account, including what the team members you invite do.
3. AI employees and the owner's responsibility
AI employees are software. Their work can be wrong, incomplete or unsuited to your business. You decide how independently employees work, you approve outside actions, and you are responsible for the decisions and actions taken in your business's name.
Firma does not give legal, tax, financial or medical advice. Check important work before you rely on it.
4. Approvals and outside actions
Every outside action, such as a message to a customer, a post, an email or a transaction, passes your company's rules, an approval you sign and a recorded send queue.
- Financial transactions, actions that cannot be undone and contract commitments always wait for your approval, at every autonomy level.
- A new company starts in test mode. Nothing is really sent until you switch its connections on yourself.
- You make sure every message and post you approve follows the law and the rules of the platform it goes to.
5. Plans, AI credit and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or yearly through Stripe and renew automatically until you stop them. Add-ons and plan changes are prorated by the day by Stripe.
A plan's AI credit is for the current month and does not carry over. Top-up credit does not expire while your account is active. Credit is not e-money, cannot be cashed out and cannot be moved to another account.
Plan prices and limits can change with prior notice; a change applies from your next billing period. Payments are not refunded unless the law requires it or we agree otherwise in writing.
6. Cancelling and deleting your account
You can cancel any time under Manage billing. Your plan runs until the end of the paid period, plus a 7-day grace period, then drops to the Free plan. You can export your company data and ask for your account to be deleted at any time.
7. Your data and your work
You own your company's data, documents and work. You give Firma a limited permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. We do not use your data to train AI.
8. Third-party services
Firma connects to services you choose, such as WhatsApp, email, social media, AI providers and Stripe. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes on their side.
9. Availability and limits of liability
We work to keep Firma available, but the service is provided as is, without a promise that it will never be interrupted. We may change or retire features with reasonable notice.
To the extent the law allows, Firma is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or the consequences of actions you approved. Our total liability is limited to what you paid Firma in the last 12 months.
10. Suspension
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, puts others at risk, or does not pay. Where possible we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first settled by discussion, then in the competent court. If these terms change materially, we tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
